I am a Cyprus-born, Berlin-based photographer, and I explore the fundamental qualities of photography through experimental techniques.

My artistic practice primarily focuses  indivisible gestalt integrated over space as well as time, which could well be the signature of an emergent stable motion percept. Constructing concrete compositions with movement and light as an experimental approach based on movement alters the scene from what is visible to the naked eye and the resulting image. This is visualized to blur the boundary between perception and reality, driven by the question:
how often does what the mind perceives align with what the eye identifies?

Between 2020 and 2023, as everything slowed down, I developed a deeper interest in documentary-oriented photography, particularly related to my more intimate involvement in the Berlin-based queer community and extended periods spent in Cyprus. So, I have created my first documentation project about Cyprus, reflecting on the factors that led to my departure from the island and my decision to settle in Berlin in 2013.
